We remanufacture, upgrade, service and support ASM Epsilon and E2000 systems and continues to develop upgrade solutions for our customers aging tool fleets. Our work combines complex equipment, long product lifecycles, demanding customer environments and a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operation. The Opportunity We are hiring a NetSuite Business Systems Manager to own Saxony Thermal's NetSuite instance and continue to make this our primary operating platform. This is not a ticket-routing administrator role. You will work directly with company leadership and the people who run manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, engineering, quality, field service, sales and finance. You will turn real operating requirements into systems that are practical, controlled and maintainable. The right person can move between a production discussion, a purchasing-risk problem, a financial-reporting requirement and a technical design decision. You will configure NetSuite directly, lead projects, build dashboards and workflows, evaluate custom development, manage outside specialists and ensure knowledge remains inside Saxony Thermal. What You Will Own The NetSuite roadmap, enhancement backlog, administration standards, documentation and release process. Manufacturing processes involving work orders, assemblies, BOMs, routings, WIP, MRP, supply allocation, serial traceability and production status. An end-to-end project workflow connecting orders, manufacturing demand, purchasing, material readiness, assembly, testing, shipment, customer-site readiness, startup, acceptance and warranty. Purchasing, inventory and material-risk dashboards that identify shortages, long-lead items, late supply, allocation problems and effects on committed dates. Quality, inspection, exception, revision and engineering-change controls that maintain an auditable record. Saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, KPIs and dashboards used by leadership and operating teams. Job costing, WIP, inventory, COGS, gross-margin, budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting improvements in partnership with Finance. SuiteFlow, custom records, roles, permissions, forms and selected SuiteScript or integration work. User support, training, testing, deployment and adoption of new processes. Outside consultants and software vendors, including scope, schedule, technical quality, documentation and knowledge transfer. What We Are Looking For Five or more years of hands-on NetSuite administration, implementation, business-systems or solution-delivery experience. At least three years working with manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or another complex operational environment. Strong knowledge of work orders, assemblies, BOMs, routings, purchasing, inventory, demand planning and order-to-cash processes. Hands-on proficiency with SuiteFlow, custom records and fields, forms, permissions, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics and dashboards. Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, leading UAT, deploying changes and documenting the final system. Enough technical depth to evaluate and troubleshoot SuiteScript, APIs and integrations, even when specialized development is assigned to an outside resource. An understanding of inventory, WIP, COGS, job costing, gross margin and basic accounting controls. Strong ownership, judgment, communication and follow-through. Experience That Will Stand Out High-mix, low-volume or engineer-to-order manufacturing. Industrial equipment, semiconductor equipment, aerospace, robotics, medical devices or contract manufacturing. SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCloud Development Framework, RESTlets or SuiteTalk integrations.
