NEMT / TRANSPORTATION DISPATCHER / Route Planner

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED NEMT TRANSPORTATION DISPATCHER St. Louis / St. Charles Area We are hiring a route-planning expert — not just a scheduler. We operate daily medical and adult day transportation. We need a dispatcher who can build, combine, and optimize multi-passenger routes across St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles with speed and accuracy every morning. If you know the streets better than GPS and can fix a broken route in 60 seconds — you will succeed here. What You Will Do Build daily pickup & return routes using multiple client addresses Combine passengers to reduce drive time & mileage Adjust routes live for cancellations, traffic & delays Dispatch drivers and monitor progress in real time Coordinate tight morning pickup windows Communicate with drivers, clients & staff REQUIRED (Please don’t apply without this) ✔ Prior dispatching experience (NEMT / medical / bus / logistics) ✔ Knowledge of St. Louis City, County & St. Charles roads ✔ Experience creating multi-stop routes ✔ Ability to think fast under pressure ✔ Extremely organized & reliable BIG PLUS ⭐ Medical transportation or paratransit experience ⭐ Routing 20+ passengers daily ⭐ Fleet tracking / GPS systems Schedule Monday – Friday Pay Based on experience — higher pay for proven routing experience Apply only if you have real route-building experience.
