Moving Crew Foreman

Moving of America is hiring an experienced Moving Crew Foreman to lead our crews and deliver organized, efficient, and professional moving services. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who communicates clearly and treats customers’ belongings with care. A driver’s license is not required for this position. Responsibilities Lead moving crews on residential and commercial moves. Review job details, assign tasks, and keep the crew organized. Work alongside the crew on packing, loading, unloading, and furniture disassembly and assembly. Ensure furniture, fragile items, and customers’ property are properly protected. Communicate professionally with customers and our operations team. Complete job paperwork and accurately record crew hours. Promptly report damage, delays, equipment issues, or customer concerns. Follow and enforce company safety procedures. Qualifications Previous professional moving experience required. Experience as a moving foreman or crew leader preferred. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely and perform physically demanding work. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Ability to solve problems and manage changing job requirements. Work Schedule Full-time, up to six days per week, including weekends . Start and finish times vary based on scheduled moves. Overtime may be required, including early starts and extended workdays. Flexibility and weekend availability are required. Pay: $24 to $32 per hour, based on experience. Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law.
