This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of customer moves to ensure a smooth relocation process, including preparing estimates, scheduling moving dates, and arranging moving crews.
・Confirm moving destinations, shipment volumes, and preferred moving dates
・Prepare estimates and explain service details to customers
・Coordinate schedules for packing, pickup, and delivery
・Communicate with moving crews and transportation companies
・Provide information on required documents and respond to customer inquiries
・For international moves, communicate with overseas offices and assist with the preparation of customs documentation
• *For office-based positions, the role primarily focuses on customer service, coordination, and schedule management. Physical handling or transportation of household goods is generally not required.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Must be authorized to work in the United States
・Strong communication skills when working with internal and external contacts
・Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
・Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
