Job Summary Sterling Interstate is a family-owned moving company looking for dependable, hardworking movers to join our team. We're looking for people who enjoy hands-on work, work well with a crew, and take pride in taking care of our customers and their belongings. Duties Pack, wrap, load, and unload customers' belongings Properly protect furniture and household items Work alongside your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently Provide professional and respectful service in customers' homes Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver's license required Dependable and reliable Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Comfortable working outdoors Works well as part of a team Professional and respectful with customers and their belongings Moving experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person A Few Things to Know Moving isn't always a traditional 9-to-5 job. Hours can vary depending on moving volume and the season, so flexibility is important. As you gain experience with Sterling and demonstrate reliability, there may also be opportunities to join our experienced crews on interstate moves. If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and like being part of a solid crew, we'd like to hear from you. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
