Proctor AuctionsOverview Proctor Auctions is looking for assistance in moving furniture and cleaning out estates. Serving eastern NC. Full time preferred, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, household items, and estate belongings using appropriate manual handling techniques. Assist with the packing, sorting, and cleaning of estate items during clean-out projects. Move furniture in our showroom for photography and display Load furniture into customer's vehicles Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse operations when not on the road, supporting overall material handling and storage activities. Experience Previous experience in moving services is highly preferred. Experience driving large box trucks is a great advantage, but not required. Familiarity with manual handling techniques, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices in a workplace setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle physical tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
