Sebastian Moving Baltimore```Job Overview``` We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers/Drivers. As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and furniture to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills. ```Responsibilities``` - Safely operate a moving truck or van to transport goods - Load and unload furniture and other items from the truck - Plan routes and navigate to different destinations - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck or van ```Qualifications``` - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience as a van/box truck driver, delivery driver, or in route driving preferred - Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively - Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are a motivated individual who enjoys physical work and providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Mover/Driver.
