Mover/Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mover/Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading goods while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate box trucks, to transport items between locations, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws. Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other materials using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment such as dollies, 4 wheel carts and more. Assist customers with moving items into or out of residences or commercial spaces while providing excellent customer service. Follow designated routes efficiently using mobile devices for navigation and communication. Ensure all cargo is secured properly during transit to prevent damage or accidents. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for operational transparency. Experience No experience necessary, we will provide all training needed! Previous warehouse experience or experience in commercial driving is a plus. Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on safe driving practices in urban or rural environments. Experience operating material handling equipment like dollies or similar devices is a plus. Knowledge of warehouse operations, heavy lifting techniques, and safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Ability to adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols consistently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients during deliveries.
