Mover/Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving tasks while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Valid Drivers License Required! Must be over the age of 21. 3 year driving record will be ran. Safely operate a box truck for deliveries and relocations. Load and unload items using pallet jacks, or manually as necessary. Assist in packing, loading, and unloading their belongings during moves. Ensure all items are secured properly in the vehicle to prevent damage during transport. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory as required. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site and during transportation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the moving process. Qualifications Previous experience in moving, delivery driving, or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends if needed.
