Morning Dispatcher – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Morning Dispatcher to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating drivers, managing daily schedules, entering information accurately, and helping ensure morning operations run smoothly. Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Position: Full-Time Language Requirement: Bilingual – English and Spanish Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily pickups and deliveries Communicate with drivers throughout the morning regarding schedules, delays, and changes Enter and update orders, delivery information, and driver details Monitor daily routes and schedules Communicate with internal teams and warehouse staff when needed Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with emails and other daily administrative tasks Report delays, issues, or scheduling problems to management Keep dispatch information organized and up to date Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be available to consistently work from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Good computer and data entry skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable and punctual Comfortable communicating with drivers and customers by phone, email, and text Previous dispatching, logistics, transportation, warehouse, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone dependable who can take ownership of the morning dispatch operation, communicate clearly, and keep schedules and information organized.
