We are looking for a dependable, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Morning Dispatcher & Phone Sales Representative. Position Overview This position combines morning dispatching responsibilities with daytime phone sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily moving crews, communicating schedules, answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and helping convert potential customers into booked moves. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities Morning Dispatching & Operations Coordinate and dispatch daily moving crews and trucks. Confirm daily schedules, job assignments, and arrival times. Communicate with moving crews regarding job details and scheduling changes. Ensure crews have the information needed to complete each job successfully. Handle scheduling adjustments and assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues. Maintain communication between the office, customers, and field crews. Daytime Phone Sales & Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Handle new moving leads and provide information about our services. Follow up with prospective customers to secure new business. Schedule estimates, moving dates, and customer appointments. Prepare and send estimates and assist customers through the booking process. Maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners. Provide outstanding customer service and represent All American Moving & Storage professionally. Follow up on previous leads and help generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, moving, logistics, customer service, or phone sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling multiple phone calls and tasks throughout the day. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and moving software. Sales experience and the ability to turn inquiries into booked jobs is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
