M's Fleet ServiceMSF Fleet Service Location: Redlands / Temecula, CA Job Type: Full-Time Position: Mobile / On-Site | On-Call About the Position MSF Fleet Service is seeking an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician to join our team in the Redlands / Temecula areas . This is a full-time, mobile/on-site position with guaranteed hours. The technician will travel to customer locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. We provide all tools, equipment, and a fully equipped service truck , allowing you to focus on getting the job done safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics and troubleshooting. Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair, transmission work, alignment, and suspension adjustments. Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair and fabrication work. Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and hydraulic components. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Operate heavy equipment as necessary for testing or repair purposes. Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a diesel technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with OEM specifications for various equipment brands, including Caterpillar. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to lift heavy equipment as required during repairs. Knowledge of assembly processes for various mechanical components. Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
