Mobile Diesel Mechanic

Be the person truckers call when they break down. Bar M Diesel & Automotive is hiring a Mobile Diesel Mechanic for on-call roadside repairs on semi trucks, trailers and equipment around Beaver, UT. Pay is $29–$38/hr, with 401(k) and matching, paid time off and tuition reimbursement. What you'll do - Drive to breakdowns and customer sites to diagnose and repair semi trucks, trailers and equipment - Figure out the problem and fix it on the spot, or get it ready for a tow - Do preventive maintenance and replace failed parts and systems - Keep good records of work, parts and services - Explain repairs and timelines clearly to drivers and dispatch - Follow safety procedures every time What we're looking for - Solid diesel/semi truck mechanical knowledge - Comfortable with diagnostic tools and software - Can work alone and make good calls under pressure - Reliable and safety-focused - Valid driver's license Why Bar M - Not stuck in a bay all day.
