Mill Operator/Warehouse Attendant

Job Overview As a Mill Operator/Warehouse Attendant, you’ll keep grain and materials moving safely through daily production and warehouse operations. You’ll operate mill machinery and material handling equipment, support grain processing, and help maintain an orderly, productive work area. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, follows safety procedures, and can adapt to changing operational needs. Responsibilities Operate and monitor mill and production equipment; report issues and assist with routine equipment maintenance. Receive, move, store, and prepare grain and other materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed, keeping work areas clean and organized. Complete basic production or inventory records and use basic math to check quantities and measurements. Requirements Ability to follow safety procedures, handle physical work, and work around operating machinery. Mechanical knowledge and experience with machine operation or manufacturing are helpful. Milling industry or grain handling experience is preferred; experience in agriculture or farming is also valuable. Forklift, heavy equipment operation, or commercial driving experience is a plus. Willingness to learn site procedures and use required protective equipment.
