The Opportunity We’re looking for an Outlet Associate to help keep our Goodwill Outlet Store stocked, organized, and running efficiently. In this fast-paced role, you'll prepare donated merchandise for sale, rotate products throughout the sales floor, identify valuable items, and help create a positive shopping experience for our customers. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, outstanding customer service to shoppers and donors Sort, inspect, and prepare donated merchandise for the Outlet sales floor Identify high-value items, collectibles, and merchandise suitable for resale Separate unsold merchandise into appropriate salvage and disposal categories Move and rotate merchandise throughout the store using carts, bins, and pallet jacks Prepare merchandise bins for scheduled sales floor rotations Transport merchandise between the sales floor, donation areas, and loading dock Help maintain daily production goals and efficient merchandise flow Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with transporting trash and operating the compactor as needed Follow all Goodwill safety, security, and operational procedures Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive hourly pay 20% employee discount Flexible scheduling PTO and floating holidays (with tenure) Growth and advancement opportunities Mission-driven culture where your work supports education, jobs, and community empowerment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace Apply Today!
