Medical Order Processor

Job description: Hormonify is a leading provider of hormone health optimization services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical / Order Processor to join our dynamic medical team in Deerfield Beach, FL. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service communication skills paired with the ability to efficiently multi-task patient prescription orders. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently Place prescription orders with our Compounding Pharmacies Fulfill Supplement Requests Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain order information Communicate effectively with patients to confirm orders and provide timely updates Utilize professional phone etiquette when interacting with patients and healthcare providers Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the order process Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless order fulfillment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of (1+ years) of experience in order processing or a related field In Office Medical Experience (1+ years) Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in data entry and computer systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 39.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
