Duties Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles including box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for medical deliveries. Load and unload medical supplies with proper manual handling techniques to ensure safety and compliance with heavy lifting practices. Follow established routes using mobile devices or GPS systems to deliver items efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Ensure the secure handling of sensitive materials by practicing safe manual transmission operation and proper material handling procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and healthcare personnel to confirm delivery details or resolve issues promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safe driving conditions at all times. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients and healthcare staff.
