Media Buyer (Performance Base)

Glitchy is a performance marketing platform. Our members promote apps and services that companies pay for, and get paid weekly. We’ve paid out $100M+ to more than 200K members, and our affiliates pushed a mobile app to #2 on the US App Store. We’re looking for media buyers who know how to make paid traffic profitable and want to scale without risking their own money. The deal You bring the skills. We bring everything else. We provide the ad accounts We provide the ad budget We give you access to our affiliate offers, data and team You keep 80% of the profit you generate No upfront cost, no spending your own money on ads. If you’re good at what you do, there’s no cap on what you can earn. The role You’ll run paid campaigns on TikTok and/or Meta, promoting affiliate offers on Glitchy, mainly lead gen, app installs and finance in the US, Canada and the UK. You decide which offers or we'll help you pick the best ones, angles and creatives to test, and you scale what works. What you’ll do Launch and scale campaigns on TikTok and/or Meta, Google Test new offers, angles and creatives every week Optimize budgets for profit, not just volume Drive high-quality traffic that meets advertiser quality requirements Set up and maintain tracking and postbacks Share weekly results: spend, revenue, ROAS and what you learned What you bring Proven experience running profitable paid traffic on TikTok and/or Meta, ideally for affiliate offers, lead gen, apps or e-commerce Campaigns you can walk us through: spend, ROAS and how you scaled Strong creative instincts and a solid understanding of ad platform compliance Comfortable with trackers and postbacks (e.g. Voluum, RedTrack, Binom) Data-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently Fluent English Nice to have Experience with Leadgen, CPI or CPL offers Experience scaling campaigns to $1K+ a day What you get 80% profit share on everything you generate Ad accounts and ad budget provided by Glitchy Support from our in-house media buying and offers team Fully remote, work on your own schedule Room to scale your budget as your results grow
