Media Buyer and Planner

We have a history of satisfied patients because we offer experience and expertise in a professional clinic atmosphere Job Summary: The Media Buyer & Planner is responsible for planning, negotiating, purchasing, and optimizing paid media across multiple channels to effectively reach target audiences and meet marketing objectives. This role analyzes market data, manages media budgets, and works closely with internal teams and external media partners to maximize campaign performance and return on investment. Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 Annual Salary plus Bonus Opportunities Key Responsibilities: Media Planning: Develop strategic media plans aligned with campaign goals, target audiences, and budget parameters Research and analyze market trends, audience data, and competitive activity Select appropriate media channels including digital, social, TV, radio, and print Forecast campaign reach, frequency, and performance metrics Media Buying: Negotiate rates, placements, and added value with media vendors and partners Purchase media inventory within approved budgets and timelines Manage insertion orders, contracts, and media schedules Ensure all placements meet brand, legal, and regulatory requirements Campaign Management & Optimization: Monitor live campaigns and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance Track KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROI Troubleshoot delivery issues and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies Budget & Reporting: Manage media budgets and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation Maintain detailed records of spend, pacing, and performance Provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders Collaboration : Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agency partners Stay current on emerging media trends, platforms, and best practices Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in media planning and/or media buying Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels Experience with media buying platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, Google Analytics) Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Skills: Experience in performance marketing and conversion-driven campaigns Familiarity with compliance-driven industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) Strong Excel and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work Environment: Fast-paced, deadline-driven marketing environment May require collaboration with external vendors and agencies We believe in the importance of developing a professional staff and seeks to offer training and advancement opportunities from within.
