Bryant BeefBryant Beef — Meat Production & Inventory Assistant Full-Time Job Description: Bryant Beef is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to support our meat processing, packaging, and inventory operations. This position helps keep production moving efficiently by handling packaging, product movement, stocking, and general production support. Primary Responsibilities - Package, seal, label, and organize meat products. - Move boxes and finished products between processing, storage, and retail areas. - Stock freezers, coolers, and retail displays. - Assist with preparing orders for retail, wholesale, and online customers. - Organize inventory and rotate products according to company procedures. - Keep packing supplies stocked and production areas organized. - Assist meat cutters by removing finished products and keeping the production workflow moving. - Help with general cleaning and sanitation when needed. - Support other departments as directed. Qualifications - Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. - Ability to safely lift and move boxes and work in refrigerated environments. - Good organization skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to learn food-handling and inventory procedures. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous meat processing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
