Tuition Assistance Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan – annual optional enrollment period 401(k) Plan with matching employer contributions (50% on the first 6%) Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW: The Material Picker is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials, components, and parts to production and assembly lines. This position pulls, stages, and delivers raw materials and inventory items according to production schedules and work orders, helping to maintain efficient manufacturing operations. The Material Picker works closely with Production, Warehouse, Inventory Control, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials are available when needed and inventory records remain accurate. Pull, stage, and deliver raw materials, components, and parts to production and assembly lines according to work orders and production schedules. Replenish materials at designated production areas to prevent line stoppages and maintain continuous workflow. Verify material quantities, part numbers, and descriptions before issuing materials to production. Transport materials safely using carts, or other material-handling equipment as authorized. Return unused materials to designated storage locations and ensure accurate inventory transactions. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording material movements using inventory management systems, scanners, or manual documentation. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits as needed. Organize warehouse and storage areas to ensure materials are properly identified, stored, and easily accessible. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards. Support other warehouse, inventory, and production activities as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or related field preferred.
