executive Solutions llcThe Company is a privately held well established Precision Machine Shop serving the Medical, Aerospace and Military Industries. Owner interested in finding a "Materials Manager/Master Scheduler" to take over the day to day scheduling of the manufacturing floor. Previous machine shop experience is required with a good understanding of Manufacturing & Scheduling systems. This is a $10mm Company producing close tolerance specialty parts utilizing primarily CNC equipment. Primary functions include: · Supervise the Manufacturing Scheduling · Set machine set-up/run operating standards · Review daily results and post performance trends · Control tool crib, maintain tooling inventory, order tooling · Set manufacturing budget and review monthly performance to plan · Set up weekly shift scheduling with overtime control · Responsible for developing and maintaining formal PM system · Write up factory capital requests with ROI calculations Develop and report significant KPI's to President and Company Owner · Perform Machine Scheduling and administer "Master Scheduler" Interface with "Job Boss" system to support shop scheduling and accountability · Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
