The Material & Logistics Inventory Manager at LINX is responsible for leading logistics and material inventory operations across multiple projects as assigned. The Material & Logistics Inventory Manager rdevelops Material & Logistics Leads, standardizes execution, allocates resources, reviews operational performance, and ensures site teams maintain safe, accurate, and timely material support for network cabling and hyperscale data center projects. The role converts site-level activity into regional visibility, forecasts upcoming needs, and drives corrective action before logistics issues affect project schedules. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Material & Logistics Leads and provide oversight of Material Inventory Specialists and temporary resources across assigned projects. Establish consistent execution of receiving, inventory control, staging, kitting, distribution, QA Hold, returns/RMAs, field handoffs, and material reconciliation processes. Review site EOD reports, inventory accuracy, kit completion, receiving volume, issue aging, shortages, labor hours, overtime, equipment utilization, and on-time material handoffs. Conduct routine site reviews and audits to verify safety, 5S, inventory-system discipline, material custody, storage standards, and adherence to approved SOPs. Forecast 2-, 4-, and 6-week regional staffing, material, equipment, vehicle, storage, and mobilization requirements based on project schedules and field demand. Coordinate resource movement between sites while protecting project priorities, labor efficiency, and continuity of operations. Support mobilization of new sites, including logistics footprint, receiving flow, storage, security, equipment, staffing, systems, reporting, and training readiness. Partner with Project Managers, Program Managers, Procurement, OFCI stakeholders, field leadership, vendors, and client representatives to resolve material and logistics constraints. Ensure material issues are escalated with factual status, operational impact, owner, next action, required decision, and target resolution date. Identify recurring regional trends and root causes; implement corrective actions, standard work, lessons learned, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Support workforce planning, performance evaluations, coaching, succession planning, hiring recommendations, and proficiency validation for the regional logistics team. Monitor regional logistics cost drivers including labor, overtime, rentals, vehicles, equipment, freight/expediting, and avoidable rehandling; recommend opportunities to improve efficiency. Prepare concise regional performance updates, risk forecasts, and recommendations for Program and project leadership. Qualifications Required 5–8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, material management, warehouse operations, construction logistics, or related operations; data center or low-voltage/network cabling experience strongly preferred.
