Material Handler/Packer Specialist

Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 6am to 4:30pm on Saturday (6am to Noon) Reporting directly to the Logistics department, as a Warehouse Specialist you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. During any downtime the warehouse speciliast will be packing our product. Due to our volume in our warehouse is not very high. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment of goods while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Load and unload trucks using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload equipment Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer Manage stock levels through proper stocking, inventory control, and order picking procedures Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions Ensure safety protocols are followed during all warehouse activities including the operation of forklifts and reach trucks During any down time must be on the production floor packing Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations and managing stock rotation Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, shipping & receiving, or distribution Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, highly desirable Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, order picking, and packaging techniques Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements required Warehouse experience involving stock management, order fulfillment, and load & unload operations is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory control and shipment processing Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
