Compass Powder CoatingPosition: Material Handler Employment Type: Full-Time, In-House Location: Compass Powder Coating Compensation: $16.35 - $18.00 BASED ON EXPERIENCE Compass Powder Coating, a growing company, is seeking dedicated and reliable individual to join our team. This is a full-time, in-house position, and NOT a driving role. Key Responsibilities: Hang parts on the conveyor and/or take parts off the line for washing Remove parts from washing Hang, coat, and pack off automatic line Assist in other areas of the shop as needed Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team What We’re Looking For: Reliability is crucial —consistent attendance is a must Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks efficiently Ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and problem-solve as needed Physically capable of meeting job demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25-30 lbs Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a self-motivated approach Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work solo or as part of a team Benefits of Joining Us: Year-round, full-time employment with opportunities for long-term growth in a secure work environment If you’re looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
