Material Handler

Primary Responsibilities Manage all Hallman Lindsay internal and external working relationships in a manner that reflects our company values based on our Love/Serve/Care culture. To do what’s right, even when no one is looking. Removes pallets of finished goods from the production lines and places them in their respectable spots in our finished goods racking Move materials and containers around the warehouse/department where they are needed for production to keep running smoothly. Assures that any special/direct orders from the production lines are sent directly to shipping. Collaborate with the rest of the Production team to continuously improve and maintain the plant to industry standards. Maintain work area in clean, efficient manner. Maintain an overall professional, courteous attitude towards fellow employees. Professional Qualities: He/she must have superior communications skills with other employees. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision. Able to remain professional and courteous at all times. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods standing, walking, and sitting. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Must be able to traverse warehouse, stores, and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
