The responsibility of the Material Handler is to handle and pull material to expedite the movement of material between areas by performing the following duties: Locate and distribute materials for customers as indicated by production orders. Put stock material away that has been received according to the company's receiving procedures. Stage material on proper trailer for distribution to the main plant. Stack and package material neatly while observing any special instructions on the production order. Double check size, quantity, color code and special instructions. Determine the order in which production orders will be pulled, paying close attention to priority list. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned.
