Material Handler - 2nd Shift Immediate Openings - 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed) Important: This position is available only on 2nd shift. Applicants must be able to work the scheduled shift, as well as overtime and weekends when required. Pre-Employment Requirements All pre-employment screenings are required and paid for by the company: Background Check Drug Screen Physical and Lift Test Pay Rate: $19.30/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20.30/hour through scheduled increases: $18.80/hr starting pay rate per hour $19.30/hour after 480 hours worked $19.80/hour after 960 hours worked 2 nd shift receives an additional $0.50/hour for 2nd Shift Differential Position Summary We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team as Material Handlers. In this role, you will be responsible for moving and handling materials throughout the plant while supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment. This position requires for the associate to be able to lift up to 50lbs of product at a consistent pace throughout the duration of the entire shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Requirements ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the duration of the scheduled shift ✅ Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday) ✅ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed ✅ Ability to meet or exceed established production standards ✅ Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to safety ✅ High School Diploma or GED required Essential Responsibilities Move and handle materials throughout the manufacturing facility. Meet or exceed established production goals and standards. Follow instructions provided by supervisors and team leads. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work effectively with minimal supervision. Learn and perform multiple positions within the department. Support departmental and plant objectives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to learn multiple job functions within the department. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements To successfully perform this position, employees must be able to: Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Use hands and fingers to handle materials and equipment. Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance regularly. Possess sufficient vision capabilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
