Position Overview: Responsible to maintain the efficient and accurate flow of material from the receiving area to the production floor. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Delivering material to the production floor General upkeep of production and warehouse areas Assist material control department with receiving material Identify and verify quantities of all incoming material Qualifications/ Experience: Must have attention to detail Awareness of safety and demonstrating safe work habits Maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism Provide quality service to internal customers using clear communication skills Ability to adapt to changing conditions Unloading and verifying incoming UPS/FedEx Basic computer experience using word and excel a plus Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment Occasionally lift and/or move up to 51 pounds Punctual and reliable Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence required Results oriented and goal driven Effective communicator Education: High school diploma/GED 2+ years of experience Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk. The employee will frequently be required to use hands to feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 51 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
