Master Scheduler Chantilly, VA Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Develop, integrate, and maintain multiple government and contractor schedules within the program's top-level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The government uses these as day-to-day execution tools to periodically assess progress in meeting program requirements. · Develop, integrate, and maintain an Agile-based schedule in accordance with established Program Increments and Sprints, leveraging a Kanban approach for Service Delivery. · Manage schedule updates and approvals on a recurring basis with internal and external customers. · Provide recurring program schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders. · Develop solutions to mitigate schedule risk and achieve program goals and objectives. · Report on program and project progress in accordance with the IMP at program reviews, and resolve critical path items, inconsistencies, and conflicts. · Identify and recommend scheduling best practices across the program. · Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and use Microsoft 365 applications, Visio, and Adobe Pro proficiently. · Prioritize various tasks, interpret specific instructions, and apply creative problem-solving techniques across a variety of situations. Basic Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in complex program schedule management. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making. · Experience in Customer Service · Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools. · Proficiency using Microsoft Project managing multiple service delivery teams. · Must be proficient with MS Project. · Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates, briefings, or interface with co-workers and leadership. · Must be able to deliver presentations as needed. · Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment preferred. · Experience using Atlassian Jira preferred. Education Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience. · Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Clearance Requirements: · Must hold and maintain an active Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: · Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time. · Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer. · Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc. · Must be able to deliver presentations as needed. · Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; IT service requests; work orders; etc. Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
