Manufacturing Warehouse Manager Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and materials operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, ERP system utilization, team leadership, and ensuring efficient material flow to support production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and be able to quickly adapt and drive results with minimal training. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities. Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and finished goods to customers. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP transactions. Lead and develop warehouse personnel through training, coaching, and performance management. Partner closely with manufacturing, production, quality, and purchasing teams to support operational goals. Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage practices to improve efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory, shipping, productivity, and safety. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and improving operational performance. Assist with ERP implementation, process improvements, and standard operating procedure development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience. 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous Manufacturing Supervisor or Manufacturing Operations leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics processes. Experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is a plus. Quality certifications or continuous improvement certifications are preferred. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive operational excellence.
