Position Summary: At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, but to keep our internal operations moving at highway speeds, we need a highly adaptable Operations Project Manager. Consider yourself the master traffic controller for our most critical operational initiatives. From navigating the complex intersections of new facility setups and fulfillment rollouts to seamlessly merging newly acquired units into our ecosystem following M&A activity, you will ensure our projects never hit a bottleneck. Objectives and Responsibilities: Project Execution: Actively manage day-to-day project schedules, track critical milestones, and keep cross-functional teams perfectly aligned across multiple high-impact operational initiatives. Facility Expansions: Coordinate the heavy lifting for facility buildouts and assembly line expansions, taking charge of equipment tracking, installation schedules, layout implementation, and hands-on trial run support. Production Transfers: Orchestrate the seamless, step-by-step transition of tooling, inventory, and assembly lines between internal sites or external suppliers to minimize disruption and maintain output. M&A Integration: Play a pivotal role in onboarding newly acquired operational units, consolidating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking integration checklists, and aligning reporting metrics to unify our growing ecosystem. The Central Hub: Serve as the ultimate point of contact and communication bridge, seamlessly connecting Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and external vendors. Risk Mitigation: Diligently maintain project documentation, risk logs, and weekly status dashboards to keep executive leadership informed and clear potential blockers before they derail timelines. The Ideal Profile: The Experienced Operator: Progressive, hard-earned experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations. The Manufacturing Whiz: You possess strong, practical operational exposure and familiarity with hardware/electronics manufacturing, facility staging, product transfers, or complex warehouse setups. The Project Master: You have a rock-solid grasp of core PM principles (task mapping, critical path tracking, risk mitigation), and if you hold a PMP or CAPM certification, you jump to the front of the line!
