You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance while managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute production schedules to meet revenue, labor, and delivery targets. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize production workflows. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team to ensure operational success. Analyze production data to generate reports on lead-times, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with supply chain and plant leadership to align purchasing, inventory, and production control systems. Manage capital planning and budget objectives to maximize asset utilization and cost-efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all manufacturing processes. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role. Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent. Experience with advanced manufacturing technology and industry best practices. Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
