Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Scanner/Labeler to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scanning, labeling, and managing inventory within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Use RF scanners and other materials handling equipment to accurately track and manage inventory throughout the warehouse Scan, label, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes safely according to OSHA standards Load and unload goods using appropriate manual handling techniques and heavy equipment to prevent injury Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving tasks to maintain seamless warehouse operations Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of material handling equipment and adherence to OSHA regulations Collaborate with team members in a multilingual environment, communicating effectively in Mandarin and English to coordinate tasks efficiently Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks safely Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling best practices Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Warehouse supervisor experience or background in warehouse operations is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
