For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will guide inventory operations across store and omni-channel environments, with a strong focus on product availability, receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy. The manager will partner closely with Transportation, Supply Chain, Loss Prevention, Finance, and IT to improve operational performance and support a seamless customer experience. It is a highly cross-functional position that blends process design, analytics, compliance, and team leadership to reduce shrink and strengthen execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,300 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Design and oversee in-store logistics processes, including receiving and processing returns Implement strategies to maximize product availability using RFID tools Establish training and compliance standards for inventory accuracy Act as a liaison with Transportation and Supply Chain teams to support optimal delivery and performance Lead omni-channel capability management for seamless customer experiences Develop strategies to reduce operational shrink in collaboration with Loss Prevention and Finance Design internal inventory audit programs to proactively address risks Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management or retail operations analytics Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and financial acumen Proven ability to present to executive leadership and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong collaboration skills with experience working across diverse teams, including Finance and IT Working knowledge of retail processes with a focus on operational improvements Experience leading teams or projects, with a focus on coaching and execution Benefits 401K match of $1.25 for every $1.00 contributed up to 6% of pay Five hours of paid volunteer time per month with nonprofit organizations 50% discount on regular-price merchandise Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
