BridgeWorks is hiring a Manager of Operations for our Client.

Summary/Purpose of Position:

This position would be Responsible for the Operational Management and P & L for Staffing and Landscaping departments, but which has the potential to expand at some time in the future.  Management and leadership responsibility for all business processes to include sales, marketing, finances and personal development.    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:           

  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of each approved business sector.
  • Deploy and continually evaluate the business model for which business can improve operations for our client.
  • Develop and manage essential business processes to ensure the most efficient operational practices are in place.
  • Oversee budget and expense management
  • Coach staff to continually grow in capabilities and meet or exceed operational expectations.
  • Manage and provide weekly and monthly business reporting for each business unit.
  • Oversee the management of assets to include the acquisition or disposal of vehicles.
  • Ensure relationships with all clients are measured and actions for continuous improvement are in place.
  • Have a willingness to share the good news of Jesus Christ, give a personal testimony and pray with/for those served by the ministry.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Safety of all staff members.
  • Ensure our clients’ mission, doctrinal statement, values and cultural narrative are understood and used as guiding principles.
  • Performance development and management of all staff members.
  • Hiring, development, counseling and termination of all staff members.

 

Qualifications:  

  • Education or equivalent experience: Bachelor Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.
  • Years of experience: 5-10 or more as a manager of operations for staffing agency.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data to make operational decisions.
  • License/Certification: Maintain South Carolina Secretary of State Employment Agency License
