Manager Business Systems and Transformation - ERP Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Business Systems and Transformation - ERP Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead efforts to enhance and evolve ERP-supported procurement capabilities, with a strong focus on SAP environments and the business processes that support sourcing, materials management, and finance. The position partners closely with business unit leaders, technical teams, and management to prioritize improvements, align resources, and deliver practical solutions that improve operational effectiveness. It also requires clear communication across stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into actionable system enhancements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Develop solutions for adjustments and enhancements to existing SAP environments Communicate proposed solutions and issues to relevant teams for collaboration Coordinate with Business Unit leaders to prioritize work based on resource availability and business value Provide frequent updates to management on activities, business needs, and resource requirements Ensure strong technical proficiency aligned with procurement processes Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with 8 years in SAP Materials Management and finance processes Working knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of SAP Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with remote partners and customers Benefits Parental leave, including paternal leave Flexible work schedules to support work-life balance Achievement awards and recognition programs Educational assistance for professional development Child/adult backup care options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
