Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment while maintaining operational excellence across all facets of the restaurant. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead and motivate a diverse retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team skills Handle purchasing, pricing strategies, and POS system management to streamline operations Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to build a strong team aligned with company standards Ensure compliance with cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational policies Experience Proven management experience within the retail or hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or grocery setting Demonstrated supervisory experience with retail sales team management skills Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and operational procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience in employee onboarding, training & development, and managerial communication Ability to handle cash handling, payroll processing, budgeting, and basic math accurately Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques, merchandising, stock control, and customer service standards Join us to lead a dynamic team in delivering memorable dining experiences while advancing your management career!
