Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Manager to lead our coffee shop team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment, promote operational excellence, and uphold company standards. Duties Exemplify superior customer service at all times; Leading the team to do the same Uphold and support owner’s decisions. Ordering and Inventories. Completing staff tips weekly. Tally hours daily and weekly. Making weekly change orders. POS, Opening and Closing procedures, Nightly deposits. Monitoring general cleaning of the store, using weekly deep clean lists. Maintaining equipment and product: Cleaned, organized, FIFO. Inventory retail and filling displays daily. Food Safety: Instructing and upholding all Health Codes and Cabin Coffee Procedures. Goals: Setting, meeting, exceeding sales and staff goals. Reporting them to the Owner. Knowing and understanding Food, Drink, and Labor costs and keep them in proper range. Responsible for coaching and documentation of employees. Delegating responsibilities and Following Up. All Catering and Bean orders are being monitored so that all are done correctly, delivered on time, and ready for the customer. Facilitate store meetings and training sessions. Building relationships with businesses, schools, organizations, and professional offices. Performance Appraisal of team members (every 6 months). Building and encouraging them by leading as a positive example. Source, interview, and hire employees. Scheduling for the store. Experience Proven management experience in the service industry with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in service industry, including team leadership and customer service excellence. Demonstrated skills in interviewing, and training & development Experience with payroll, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling is essential. Familiarity with pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in coffee shops or similar retail sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
