Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a motivated and skilled retail sales team Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Oversee sales management activities including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales targets Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maintain accurate financial records Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Implement management best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and store safety protocols Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and supervision to ensure optimal staffing levels at all times Utilize strong communication skills to foster a positive team environment and maintain managerial communication channels Monitor operational metrics such as retail math, budgeting, and inventory management to meet business objectives Experience Proven management experience in retail or related industries with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success in retail sales management including team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational oversight Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing procedures, and cash handling processes Strong background in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques such as merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives and wireless sales (preferred) Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Prior experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating leadership in team management and operational tasks Join us as a Manager where your leadership fuels success!
