Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager to lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence Manage employee orientation, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled workforce Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to streamline store operations Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract top talent for the store team Monitor cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy Implement operational policies, manage shift schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management experience preferred Strong skills in negotiation, management, and managerial communication to motivate staff effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations Demonstrated leadership in managing teams through training & development initiatives and operational oversight Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales calculations Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control is highly desirable Strong customer service orientation combined with phone etiquette and professional communication skills Join us as a Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, enhance store performance, and create memorable shopping experiences.
