Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

About the Role As a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our technical operations by managing the lifecycle of critical spare parts and supplies. You will play a vital role in optimizing equipment uptime by ensuring our maintenance team has immediate access to the components they need to keep our facility running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, sourcing essential components from approved vendors to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize CMMS software to maintain rigorous accuracy in inventory tracking, including all receipts, issues, and returns. Partner directly with maintenance technicians to forecast supply requirements and fulfill urgent parts requests for scheduled repairs. Implement and maintain a highly organized storage system to ensure rapid retrieval and safety compliance for all maintenance materials. Resolve supply chain discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical equipment parts. Monitor inventory turnover to identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent stockouts of vital maintenance supplies. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain logistics. Proficiency in using CMMS software for data entry and inventory tracking. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in industrial settings, including exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Preferred Skills Associate degree or relevant technical certification. Prior experience working within a maintenance or manufacturing department. Strong analytical skills for reporting and inventory forecasting. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
