Mail Carrier

Job Overview As a Mail Carrier, you’ll keep deliveries moving by preparing, transporting, and delivering mail and packages along the assigned routes. You’ll use mobile devices to track deliveries, follow traffic regulations, and provide helpful customer service at each stop. The role will involve driving a right-hand drive van. You’ll also load and unload items and handle packages safely throughout the workday. Responsibilities Sort, load, transport, and deliver mail and packages accurately and on schedule Drive assigned routes and operate delivery vehicles safely, including vehicles with right hand drive Use mobile devices to record delivery activity and follow route instructions Load and unload mail and packages Apply safe lifting practices and follow workplace weight-handling procedures Skills Required: Valid driving ability, safe driving habits, and willingness to perform manual handling, moving, and heavy lifting Preferred: Delivery driver, delivery driving, courier, van driver, commercial driving, or commercial truck driving experience, but not required Customer-focused communication and reliable attention to delivery details Your impact: Accurate, safe deliveries help customers receive their mail and packages reliably.
