Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, fashion-forward Full-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate with a minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience , preferably in luxury fashion. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, highly motivated by sales, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a luxury boutique environment, builds meaningful client relationships, and contributes to the continued growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with luxury retail standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized styling, follow-ups, and clienteling. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide expert product knowledge, styling recommendations, and fit assistance. Proactively develop new client relationships and encourage repeat business. Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer orders accurately using Shopify POS. Support inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards. Assist with online order fulfillment, shipping, and in-store pickups. Participate in boutique events, special promotions, and brand activations. Maintain accurate customer information and support client outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily boutique operations. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience , preferably in luxury fashion, designer boutiques, or premium retail. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. An established client portfolio and existing network of luxury fashion clientele are a strong plus. Strong passion for fashion, styling, and luxury customer service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and polished presentation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Comfortable using digital retail platforms and POS systems. Shopify POS and inventory management experience are strong advantages. Availability to work weekends, select holidays, and peak retail seasons.
