Luxury Garment Delivery Driver

About the Position We are seeking an experienced and dependable Delivery Driver to join our team at a high-end dry-cleaning and garment-care company. The ideal candidate has several years of experience delivering and handling garments and understands the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism required when working with luxury clothing and discerning clients. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is punctual and organized, has a warm and professional personality, and works exceptionally well as part of a team. Responsibilities Deliver finished garments to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Pick up garments from customers and ensure all items are handled with care. Accurately verify garments, orders, and customer information during pickups and deliveries. Safely transport high-end and delicate garments while maintaining their presentation and quality. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and provide excellent customer service. Ensure the delivery vehicle/truck is clean, organized, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Perform daily vehicle checks and communicate any maintenance or mechanical concerns promptly. Return garments to our boutique at the end of each day as required. Assist with organizing and transporting garments between locations when needed. Provide coverage for other delivery routes when a driver is on vacation, absent, or calls out. Work closely with the boutique, production, and other drivers to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow company procedures for garment handling, delivery, pickup, and customer service. Represent the company and our luxury brand with professionalism at all times. Qualifications Several years of professional experience delivering garments, preferably within the dry-cleaning or luxury garment-care industry. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent driving and navigation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent punctuality and time-management skills. Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor. Ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with high-end clientele. Ability to safely handle expensive, delicate, and specialty garments. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. Reliable, flexible, and willing to assist with other routes and responsibilities when needed.
