Position Overview: Inspect incoming goods for damage and count accuracy and complete material handling of incoming goods from receiving into component material storage in warehouse Obtaining daily production schedules and identifying the required component materials for the quantity scheduled for assembly. Locating the necessary components and associated materials, pulling them from their location and recording the transaction in Kenandy ERP system. Processing these component materials to the correct specifications Locating the correct quantity and type of components for production sub-assemblies or final assembly work orders Locating and pulling the correct components and quantities required for production runs Packaging these items needed for production assemblies into a container as a kit Moving packaged kits to their respective areas at the end of plant production line Removing previous day’s kits and returning goods to the warehouse Logging any returned inventory with reason for return Locating and retrieving the necessary finished sub-assemblies in inventory daily and as required Material handling of sub-assemblies to and from the line production areas Placing finished goods, sub-assemblies in appropriate inventory bin locations inside warehouse Perform physical counts and record locations of finished sub-assemblies and component in inventory Maintaining accurate counts and locations in computer system Maintaining a clean and organized work space within the storage buildings Consolidating of inventory as appropriate for point of use inventory Assisting with locating and storing of tooling when time permits Working daily schedule around normal plant production schedule to obtain forklift time Qualifiations: Forklift license and SPOC Energy forklift certification Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity Strong communication skills Flexible work schedule Ability to work independently or on a team Committed to delivering results; being solutions oriented; having good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Proficient written and verbal communication skills Good judgment and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Basic math skills Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in an unsupervised manner Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English Must have reliable attendance AFFIRMATIVE ACTION / EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Please advise us of any reasonable accommodation you may need in completing our application process.
