We are looking for a talented Logistics Team Leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assuring and maintaining the multi-skills of the team, ensuring personnel operative development and promoting and ensuring the use of  safety equipment PPE. 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Own daily planning and execution for P&W
  • Verify part, sub-component, and rack inventory before shift start
  • Prepare and issue daily work assignments at start of shift
  • Direct team members and adjust priorities as needed
  • Coordinate material flow with forklift drivers to prevent downtime
  • Ensure continuous movement of parts: warehouse → workstation → dock
  • Monitor quality and safety; stop and escalate issues immediately
  • Track output vs targets and document constraints
  • Communicate risks and carryover to next shift
  • Assist with other duties as required

What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required):

  • High school diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of operations experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Rework of plastic parts
  • Detect defects of faults in plastic parts
  • Basic knowledge in industrial safety
  • Multi-skills in different areas of plant
  • MS Office
