Key Responsibilities : This role offers a unique blend of technical support and hands-on logistics responsibilities. The position is designed as a hybrid role, with team members expected to support both technical and logistics functions based on business and operational needs. Logistics Support Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming packages. Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained. Distribute devices to users and manage device returns. Provide written and face-to-face support for processing device requests, including local pick-up and local returns. Prepare and ship packages domestically and internationally, ensuring safe transportation of devices in compliance with Dangerous Goods certifications (e.g., lithium battery shipping). Support day-to-day inventory and device logistics activities as needed. Technical Support Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of smart devices including glasses, headsets, mobile phones, smart watches. Provide remote and in-person technical support. Device preparation for distribution and restocking: flashing, configuration and resetting devices Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles. Build and support diagnostic tools and scripts. Develop and support new and existing automation and web applications. Team members should be comfortable transitioning between technical support and logistics responsibilities, with assignments and priorities shifting based on workload and operational needs. **This role is 100% onsite in San Jose, CA* Basic Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with hardware experience High School Diploma / GED Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AR VR technology Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
