Logistics Supervisor
MIRO Manufacturing, Inc.Position Summary Responsible for supervising shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse activities, material movement, and ERP inventory transactions within a metal stamping manufacturing environment. Ensures accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, and timely receipt of materials while leading the Shipping and Receiving team. Essential Responsibilities · Lead daily shipping and receiving operations. · Supervise shipping, receiving, and material handling personnel. · Ensure accurate ERP transactions for receipts, transfers, and shipments. · Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. · Coordinate freight carriers and outbound shipments. · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. · Ensure customer shipments meet requirements and delivery schedules. · Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards. · Track and report key logistics metrics. Qualifications · 3-5+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or materials experience in manufacturing. · Supervisory experience preferred. · ERP system experience required. · Strong inventory control and cycle count experience. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. · Metal stamping or manufacturing experience preferred.
