Logistics Specialist

Job Overview Powertek is seeking an organized and detail-focused Logistics Specialist to support energy, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects. This role coordinates documentation, project requirements, regulatory activities, and communication among project teams, clients, vendors, and agencies to keep operations organized and on schedule. What You’ll Do Coordinate project logistics, documentation, schedules, and compliance requirements. Track permits, approvals, deadlines, and project deliverables. Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders. Support permitting, inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation. Monitor project requirements and help identify potential delays or compliance risks. Track regulatory and operational updates that may affect projects. Assist with contracts, reports, and project-related administrative tasks. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Energy Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics, project coordination, compliance, utilities, energy, or infrastructure. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. Experience with engineering, consulting, or energy projects is a plus.
